Hi,

I just started to use that in KMail.

However it seems now to be necessary to split all strings that contain more
than one number into several parts.

For example instead of:

i18n("%1 message, %2 unread.")
  .arg(mFolder->count()).arg(mFolder->countUnread())

I now have to write:

i18n("%1 message, ", "%1 messages, ", mFolder->count())
  .arg(mFolder->count()) +
i18n("%1 unread.", "%1 unread.", mFolder->countUnread())
  .arg(mFolder->countUnread());

Similar for:
Search cancelled, %1 matches so far (%3 messages processed)

That means, it is no longer up to the translator to switch the order of the
words. Also the context could be unclear.
Is this acceptable or is there a way around?

Regards,
Michael Häckel
