I think the following points should be added:
1. Ubuntu translations should be split into generic KDE translation and
Ubuntu-specific extensions (like Suse did with kwin.po and
kwin_Suse.po). Currently updating translations from KDE SVN overrides
translation and some Ubuntu-specific strings are not translated.
2. Credits for translations should be changed into saying that
translation is _based_ on work by KDE translation team, and bugs should
be reported to Ubuntu, _not_ to official KDE translation team.
