Consistency with tfp_mode, for one. The tfp spec says pot windows will always
be 2D (issue 4). Having said that, beryl always uses RECTANGLE in copy-mode.
To me, it makes sense to use 2D for pot textures, since it should always be at
least as fast as RECTANGLE.
