I want to express by agreement with Aaron.

The menus in koffice to insert koffice parts for example doesn't look
like a file dialog either, even though it's all about loading files
under the hood.

The clipart dialog serves a very special task, and is already optimized
for this anyway ("directories" have descriptions, the user cannot
"escape" to the rest of the filessystem). Make things as simple as
possible.
