QXML/QDOM changed... let's see.
Yes, all files (like the generated konqueror.rc) are generated without <?xml
at the beginning. Darn. This is definitely a bug.

Can't find where that is done in qxml/qdom (even in the diff), though...

Cc'ed to Torben, hopefully he knows (bug or feature?).
