Yes the paper size should be a combobox, but this requires to
1) reorganize the templates to have the paper size as an entry in the .desktop files
2) fix the dialog to have such a combo, and offer only the templates for this combo
3) make more templates for all combinations, indeed.

If you can do 1 and 3, go ahead. If anyone else can do 2, go ahead too, 
otherwise, well, it's on my huge list but OASIS format has the priority for now :)
