Yes, you can send attachments to <bugnumber>@bugs.kde.org, once you got 
the confirmation mail with the assignment of a bugnumber.

Please use "forward as attachment" to send the mail with the undecodable 
attachment.

If you can't send it because it contains private data, consider sending 
it to me in private mail or strip most of the content of the bosy parts 
(but leave the header and body structure intact).
