Yes, you can send attachments to @bugs.kde.org, once you got=20 the confirmation mail with the assignment of a bugnumber. Please use "forward as attachment" to send the mail with the undecodable=20 attachment. If you can't send it because it contains private data, consider sending=20 it to me in private mail or strip most of the content of the bosy parts=20 (but leave the header and body structure intact).
