Please tell me a good reason for "On filter, create folder". Why can't
the user simply create the target folder during filter creation? Or do
you just want a "New..." added to the target folder selection in the
filter config like the screen shot you posted suggests? If this is the
case please submit this wish via bugs.kde.org.
