Please tell me a good reason for "On filter, create folder". Why can't=20 the user simply create the target folder during filter creation? Or do=20 you just want a "New..." added to the target folder selection in the=20 filter config like the screen shot you posted suggests? If this is the=20 case please submit this wish via bugs.kde.org.
