good, let's try to get something out of this thread
it is definitly not a usability task to take care of typing erros of
certain people (certain people not for race or religion but yes
because some people confuse alt and ctrl and others ins and del)
certainly any shortcut is a risk like you well said here before, the
risk is obviously measured by keyboard and "finger" skills and
ability of the user in question
but to get it more clear, shortcuts are a risk but are still more
facilities then any else
also in KDE any user can change any shortcut to his capabilities or
skills or handicaps or even likes
means that KDE is offering like most other OSs a perfect interface to
fit any personal needs in terms of keyboard shortcuts
so even if the thread was not exactly silly it was useless
(superficially seen) for not going anywhere at the end
but may be some here is able to see an abstraction cutting out the
keyboard-issue looking only at the different inputs to get another
view of this thread
but may be not
