hey tim..

it seems this was written in 2000. the last cvs revision was 2001 to change 
"Fitts'" to "Fitt's". i don't think this document is really representative of 
KDE's current directions. i imagine we will be moving all of this sort of 
stuff into the HIG... http://www.kde.org/areas/guidelines/html/
