IMO this isn't a good idea because they aren't related:
* toys: gadgets which can be useful for some people. IMO this shouldn't be in 
the top menu like now because not much people need this. Placing this group 
into Utilities is better I think.
* games: should be in the top menu because many people will use it often 
(remark: and those who don't, just don't install kdegames and so have no 
games menu of course)
* edutainment: It's true that there are some apps in edutainment which teach 
things and also entertain the user...but entertaining is not the function of 
kdeedu: it's edutaining. (e.g.: ktouch,...) Also the same remark as this of 
games.
