I agree. In CVS from ../07 (I don't know the exact date) toys was also in the
games group. This was confusing to my little brothers who tested it because
they taught this were games too.

I think Utilities is better because it aren't games and placing other
applications in a game menu is confusing for some users(see above).
So: Utilities/Gadgets/<the "toys">
