Nope ;)

As I know many of those corporations are searching for an expirienced
user, or if the case is not like that, they organize an begginer's course.
At least, there is always someone more expirienced who will show the
basics.

That's OK if you have an Admin on that computer, but if you are at home
with no expirience and Linux, slowly but certainly you willl run into some
problems.

And... Linux is not Linux without terminal ;)

You'll have to decide who are you making KDE for:
* Total begginers
* Expirienced users

First whant easy to set up system, with little confuzing options.
Others whant configurability, and a bunch of options and features.

There is a small number of Full Screen apps, but those that are should be
alowed to enter it.
Total begginer will hardly use Blender. At the beggining I had dificulties
quiting it, but as I said not all users use Blender.
On the other hand Acrobat Reader is not an Full Screen app, but you "can"
enter it if you like more that way.
So let's asume that user who enter the full screen by cliking on such
option, knows what's he's doing.

Oh I like Virtual Desktops, more than Alt-Tab ;) I'm used to Alt-F1...
What I don't like is that I can't turn of the pager buttons on the panel.
