That is strange, because this string comes from ki18n5.po, which seems to be
translated in trunk (and is anyway since years unchanged):

  msgctxt "tag-format-pattern <warning> rich"
  msgid "<b>Warning</b>: %1"
  msgstr "<b>Попередження</b>: %1"

%1 is substituted with the text inside the <warning> tag.
