That is strange, because this string comes from ki18n5.po, which seems to be
translated in trunk (and is anyway since years unchanged):

  msgstr "<b>=D0=9F=D0=BE=D0=BF=D0=B5=D1=80=D0=B5=D0=B4=D0=B6=D0=B5=D0=BD=

%1 is substituted with the text inside the <warning> tag.
