Disclaimer: I am not arguing for or against in this thread, merely
correcting a misunderstanding.
Any page that has translation tags is edited on the English page
exactly as you would any other page. Simply don't add tags yourself -
the system will do that.
A tagged paragraph and its tag should be considered as one entity, so
if you move a tagged paragraph take its tag with it. If you delete a
tagged paragraph, delete its tag with it.
Mostly people handling existing pages are either correcting typos or
adding material, so you simply ignore tags. Hope that helps. :-)
