I don't think it is a Phonon (or phonon only) issue, as I understand
from the continuation of the mail in our (trasno) list.

Same thing happens in ubuntu

Same issue happens in gnome.

Pulseaudio po file contains no encoding fail.

I'll report that bug against phonon today later.
