For me it shuffles (only the ones nearest to me):

1st situation: heart 10, diamonds 6, spades queen, clubs 8, diamonds king, heart 3, \
clubs 5 2nd situation: heart 10, diamonds 5, heart 7, clubs 4, spades 10, spades 5, \
spades 8 3rd situation: heart 10, spades 8, heart ace, clubs 6, diamonds 9, clubs 9, \
spades jack


But may I am to silly following the context "shuffling" is used here. ;-)

Also end users can understand it wrong ...
