I would like that this quality/glossary checks work more or less like this:
-Previously 1, checkout a copy of the repositories (templates, scripts and 
language).
-Previously 2,add a menu option to automatically do an update of templates 
followed by a "./scripts/merge_all.sh language, and another to move moved 
files and add to tm fully deleted files.

-First, let the translator ope a project, choose a file, ope it, do an 
automatic translation based on tm, and complete the translation.
Then checks come:
-Apply sonnet to get the translated string free of misspelled words (well, if 
possible, also msgids), sintactic errors... anything covered at that time by 
sonnet. Yes, this can be done at typing time.
-Then check that, for any word/expressión both in glossary and msgid, there is 
a corresponding definition in msgstr.
-Then do the reversed check (instead of using a, say, english-russian glossary 
and check against msgid, reverse to use a russian-english glossary and check 
against msgstr)
-Then apply "style guide" checks, possibly regexps, kross, and god help will 
be needed here. This refers both to options on linguistic options in the 
target language and on the prefered way to translate some kind of common 
expressions.
This three checks can be applied when swiching from mgs to msg.
