I've finally worked that one out, thanks. <blush> I got them confused.

I started trying to update db2latex, because it affected the Debian  
Reference Card, which I translated. However, the refcard maintainer  
is looking at dblatex instead, because db2latex appears to be  
unmaintained.

So I am interested in translating dblatex, if possible. It would be  
used in other DocBook docs as well.

I think it does. db2latex had an old Vietnamese translation.  
Vietnamese requires UTF-8.

Where do I get the file to translate, please? Are there instructions,  
or any things I need to bear in mind?
