I tested with Firefox and Opera.
Firefox:
- Alt-arrows: navigate in history
- Ctrl-[ / ] : navigate in history (!)
- Arrows only: switch tabs. This is strange, because what is used to
scroll the page? :-0
- Ctrl-arrows: rearranges tabs

Opera:
- Alt-arrows: navigate in history
- Ctrl-[ / ] : navigate in history (!)
- Ctrl-arrows: navigate in history
- Ctrl-tab: acts like a windows selector (Alt-Tab) inside Opera

Sp if IE also uses alt-arrows for history, I think it makes sense to
keep that for Konqueror...
