Yeah, sure -- we should have done the same with the MacOS-Theme back in 1999.
Maybe then they wouldn't have sent us a "nice" letter asking for removing our 
MacOS-screenshots. Probably they would have asked us to remove that theme 
from all KDE-packages instead (quite hard to do once it is shipped already by 
various distributions).
