Yes, they would of because the MacOS theme was called "MacOS" and directly 
imitated MacOS. So we shipped a very similiar theme with different but 
similiar artwork and all was well...

As far as going to Apple, of course if you ask them they'll probably whine, 
but that doesn't mean they'll sue you. I wouldn't necessarily be against 
going up and asking them exactly what they think, but you know, I'm doing 
this for fun to and all I want to do is have my style available for KDE2.2. 
Everything is a drama with you people.
