I've downloaded it and had a look at it and it seems like the Qt DB 
interface is a subset of KDE DB. You have no builtin functionality to 
browse databases and/or modify/create database objects in Qt SQL. The way 
I see it the KDE DB would fit nicely as a superset of Qt SQL which add 
this functionality from the basic prepare/execute/fetch framework that 
seems to be provided by Qt SQL. This is just from a quick browse of the 
headerfiles and I'm not completely sure.
