This is possibly the right thing to do.  If it's in its own module, and
needs python to build, this is correct.  If everything else in its module
is in that boat, this is correct.  If it's the only (or one of a few)  
apps that need python, the proper thing is to add it to the do_not_compile
list (uc($_)).  Or you can hack around so that it will build/function with
no python.
