Summary: Feature request for Kile: Compile selected text
           Product: kile
           Version: 1.6
          Platform: Gentoo Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: Jeroen.Wijnhout@kdemail.net
        ReportedBy: david.grant@telus.net

Version: 1.6 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.x
OS: Linux

It would be nice if I could select a piece of text, and Kile could grab the \
\documentclass and any \use package settings from that document, as well as any \
\bibliography command from the main document of the project, and compile it as a \
file. Helpful for debugging, and also helpful if you have many \input statements in \
a document, and just want to compile one file, without commenting out many \input \
statements.
