------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=68615 Summary: Feature request for Kile: Compile selected text Product: kile Version: 1.6 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: Jeroen.Wijnhout@kdemail.net ReportedBy: david.grant@telus.net Version: 1.6 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4) Installed from: Gentoo Packages Compiler: gcc 3.x OS: Linux It would be nice if I could select a piece of text, and Kile could grab the \documentclass and any \use package settings from that document, as well as any \bibliography command from the main document of the project, and compile it as a file. Helpful for debugging, and also helpful if you have many \input statements in a document, and just want to compile one file, without commenting out many \input statements.
