Then perhaps we do need a "kde-usability-users" list.  I was not being 
serious when I suggested it.  Or perhaps the purpose of the 
"kde-usability-devel" list isn't clear.  Is if for usability developers 
or is it a usability list for developers?  These are different uses and 
we probably need two lists.
