To be fair, I raised the point on G+ mainly because I *didn't* want the forums 
to be flooded by posts like "I told you so, it sucked, etc etc.". ;)

In fact I'm taking the opportunity to ask for suggestions: what do we ("we" as 
in people who talk directly to the users) should do to help users going 
through the transition?
