Subject: Bug#1246: klpq dies with no error when /etc/printcap is missing

Package: klpq
Version: 1.1

When starting klpq on a machine where /etc/printcap is missing, it
pops up a dialog box to "Select your spooling system", and when
choosing the correct BSD setting, the program just dies. It writes
"Sorry, can't open your printcap file." into the console.

It should inform about the missing printcap file in a dialog box, to
let users starting the program from the K menu know about the problem.
