Package: kappfinder

When started as non-root, the xemacs.kdelnk produced in
.kde/share/applnk/apps/Editors/  

uses /usr/share/apps/kappfinder/pics/emacs.xpm
  instead of the much nicer
/usr/share/apps/kappfinder/pics/xemacs.xpm
