Hi!

Due to a user report I've seen that GPGOE doesn't support UTF8
(charset conversation). I included this into 0.4.1 and another
feature.

I modified the code so it detected more email address styles
in the TO, CC and BCC headers.

Examples: <ts@winpt.org>, ts@winpt.org.

Now GPGOE supports those styles so the encryption dialog is not shown 
any longer when the address is like this and known as a userID in GPG.

For all people who are interested to help me with beta testing,
you can download it from: 
http://www.winpt.org/devel/gpgoe-0.4.1-dll.zip.


The version should be stable and especially people who have a
lot of language specific characters in the userID would help me
a lot (or if you exchange mail with people who have such a userID).
