Hi!

I finished my work on the new GPGOE version. The version jump comes
due to the fact that the whole source was revamped and most of the
features were rewritten.

I plan to release a new update with some minor enhancements soon,
but I thought it's a good idea to replace the old version because
of its restrictions.


The new features:

* New languages available (Polish and Spanish)

* The keylist element now contains all keys. Before RSA keys were
  never shown even if they are fully valid.

* Removed old code parts and make it easier to understand the source.

* Now the plug-in supports the next message and previous message
  buttons. (This was the problem Kevin reported.)
