[root@semaphore root]# ntpdate -q 192.168.1.100
server 192.168.1.100, stratum 3, offset -6.652312, delay 0.02574
15 May 01:05:33 ntpdate[11932]: step time server 192.168.1.100 offset
-6.652312 sec

even have iptables turned on.

in past posts on this thread, i've included both my server and client npt.conf
files. did they look correct?

thank you again,
