Downloading works, uploading does not as we don't have ftp uploads 
enabled. Of course there are only some small test files uploaded to the 
server.

I'm not sure. The problem I think is that you cannot have two newstuff 
servers, but I have to verify this.

That will not work. So I suggest (if it's possible to have 2 severs) to 
keep a kdewebdev.org newstuff server for trusted resources.

Yes, this is what I'm afraid of. But we can also use the KDE server if 
we can solve the trusting problem which basicly means: don't show 
uploaded files as available for download before review.
