This question is a bit vague so I'm not sure what your problem is. In
any case, you should recognize that Quanta has a couple different
'wrap' features. One that is dynamic and one that reformats your
file.

Let's say you have a file that has some lines that are very long. For
instance, assume line 18 contains 1,000 characters. 'dynamic word
wrap' and 'dynamic word wrap indicators' allow you to view the whole
line in the editor window without changing the file/line numbering
whatsover. See 'View -> dynamic word wrap'. Or, the shortcut to
toggle this feature is the F10 key.

(F11 toggles line numbers if you're following along at home.)

Let's say you have a file that is all paragraph text, and some (long)
paragraphs are on single lines while other paragraphs are broken up
over multiple lines. You can reformat the whole file by using the
'Tools -> Word Wrap Document' feature. If you want to format them all
exactly the same way, you could first 'combine' the multiple line
paragraphs:
position the cursor in the first line of the paragraph and press 'Ctrl
+ J' (Join lines) until the paragraph is on a single line. Then 'Word
Wrap' the document and you've got neatly formatted text paragraphs
broken at the character length you desire.

The setting for the word wrap in under the configuration dialogs (and
you can show/hide the word wrap marker)
