The current way is to be consistent with the rest of KDE, like 
Konqueror.

Good idea.

The editor context menu is context sensitive to the text itself. Upload 
does not refer to the text you edit, but to the document/file, while 
Annotate refers to the exact position of the text where you invoke the 
menu. And Upload is in the tab context menu if the file is part of a 
project.

And for the record, the recommended way to ask for features is 
bugs.kde.org.
