Hi,

I have a few wishes for Quanta .


1. in Project -> Create New menu, put "File" before "Folder", as "Create 
new file"   operation is used much often .

2. in Right-Click menu on file tab (where "Upload" is located), put "Add 
to project" action if the file is not in the project.

Actually, it will be better to put "Upload" anyway and just  ask to add 
to the project before uploading.

3. Add "Upload" in right-click context menu in editor. "Annotate" is 
less important.
