I have a Kommander file that manages all this using Imagemagik. I choose the 
files I want, set the directories, etc... It runs from a toolbar. It does 
sizing and generates text to paste into PHP files as well as text files. Once 
they're added just do a project or directory upload. It's completely 
customizable. I have two versions, but they add up to over 100k so it's big 
for the list. I'll send it to you.
