Well, this has been yet another case of a problem fixing itself. After a
reboot of my Kubuntu system, Quanta suddenly behaves correctly on .css
files. It used to be that the tabs on the top were the same for .html and
for .css (Standard, Style, Tables, etc), but now it's different for .css
(just a single "CSS" tab). So I can now edit my existing CSS. Perhaps the
problem was related to the fact that I hadn't logged out of KDE for weeks,
and there may have been updates to some KDE packages in the meantime,
creating some mimetype-related issues. Regardless, all is fine and I'm
looking forward to playing with Quanta :)
