I think we really need to ask why we need it:
"LITE" products are usually stripped down products offered free. 
	We can cut the price now without sacrificing our profit margin/. 

The rest of the arguments, while well meaning, I think would cut into
further improvements to the general product. 

I would vote for instead,
	Making performance enhancements to the general product. 
	Eliminating limits, such as the number of rows and columns
	Adding new features. 

In other words. I don't think it makes any sense to spend a lot of good
developer effort into creating a LITE product.
