I know of two ways of restricting/enforcing message and/or database sizes.

Method 1 to control incoming message size
- From Details of your GWIA object, select Access Control.
- Highlight Default Class of Serve & select Edit or create a new class with select \
                members.
- From SMTP Incoming Tab, check "Prevent messages larger than x KB, not clear if \
this means attachments.

Method 2 to control message db size
- From Details of your POA, select Scheduled Events
- Create a new scheduled event
- Create an action event
- Select Expire/Reduce Messages from Action drop-down box
- Check either Age Limit, Size Limit, Reduce boxes depending on your preference.

Hope this helps!

2. We are administrating schools. Our problem is the quotasystem in gw. (It s missing \
?) The problems is that the students love to fill thier mailboxes with the latest \
quakeround, mp3files, games etc.etc What is the best way to solve this problem ?. I \
understand that you can autoarchive mails older than x days into the users \
homedirectory, and there recieve the restrictions put up by the filesystem. But only \
by postoffices, is that right ? The restriction is not ment to be for all the users \
in our postoffices... Any hints ?

Thankful for any hints...
