Subject: Control Panel applets missing

Could someone please explain to me why the Administrator, working from the
console has mouse, keyboard and display applets in Control Panel, but these
are absent from all workstations, even if the Administrator logs on there.

I searched the Wincenter manuals, online help, etc. The only reference I
could find was under creating user profiles where (in the example given) it
says to use an appropriately configured environment when creating a
TELLER-VGA compared to creating a TELLER-SUPERVGA.

Our user's desktops range from 14" to 17" (mostly Exploras, some PCs) and I
want to set different screen resolutions - particularly so I'm not stuck
with a miserable 640x480.

Also, we currently have a temp receptionist who took over the usual user's
login and didn't like the left-handed mouse arrangement (understandably!).
I fixed her problem by hacking the registry, but these sort of options
should not be hidden from users.

Any assistance greatly appreciated!

Phil Wilkin
