This bug is still valid with the latest version (3.2.3-76mdk, not available in 
bugzilla).

I hope that this is the correct package. 
 
There is a problem with national (Eastern European) characters in 
Konsole. They appear just fine in every other program including rxvt and 
virtual consoles, but in KDE Konsole I get ISO 8859-2 characters 
displayed as their ISO 8859-1 counterparts. 
 
I've found that the problem is solved if I set LC_CTYPE to 
"bs_BA.ISO8859-2". Its present value is "bs_BA".
