description:
In rpmdrake, the mouse cursor remains stuck in the "clock" style, making it hard
to select the desired item to add/remove. In some cases, notably on the scroll
bar on the package list, this cursor effectively eats the mouse up/down messages.

I have been able to get some results by selecting a widget in a different
portion of the client area and then returning to the scrollbar, but that is
difficult to use.
