It's just frustrating doing a lot of work to get a feature to work
(winbind) to have some trivial problem stuff it all up and make it look
unprofessional ...

Thanks.

Here is a list of trivial bugs, most of which have fixes provided, which
were not fixed for 9.1:

1)"Filemanager superuser and kfmclient in GNOME":
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2981

2)"Konqueror (super user mode) doesn't use super user view profile"
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=240

3)"Zip this file" doesn't work on Desktop."
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2948

This should have been fixed with the updated service-menu that was put
out for 9.1, whose bug was known long before release:
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3196

There are probably more, but that is what I got from a quick perusal of
my bugzilla mail folder.

And then there is this long-standing irritation, which is probably not
trivial to fix, but a major irritation:

4)"file views in konqueror in detailed mode don't respect double click
settings"
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=982

I've lost it now, but there was an easy summary of bugs by maintainer,
and "kde" or lmontel was quite high up there.

In the mean time, a search like this is informative:

duct=kdebase&long_desc_type=allwordssubstr&long_desc=&bug_file_loc_type=allwordssubstr \

I think you and Warly need to come to some agreement on permissible bug
levels for a release, otherwise you're going to end up having too many
bugfix updates to do. Ideally, that would include having any "critical"
bugs ...
