k, now the KTextEditor::Document/View classes should at least contain the overall \
useful part of the interfaces, the API should be kind of stable, now, too, while the \
other interfaces still need work to get to a API wise nice state.

The MenuInterface will die, too, in favour of some contextMenu signal the view should \
emit, but will look into this, soon ;)

Some basic stuff in the document is missing, too, like some reload and save/As \
methodes which allow the apps to trigger this actions and let the part do the job \
with file dialogs, user questions and others, using kparts save() and co won't do the \
job, this is just to much hassle for the app, and the part implements the save \
dialogs and more in all cases, for it's own actions alone.
