First, the FTP kio was added by Marc Espie. I just made it optionally
compilable because some people may not need it.

Second, the kio itself will present the directory in a Web-page style which
is probably enough for most applications. The listing format is fixed (as
well as for the file listings). It does not create a tree view - that part
(the specialized file view and operations handler) is missing from Konq/E.
Related to the previous note, the only supported KIO method is "get"
(resulting in a FTP RETR or LIST operation).
